When I browse your project list, why are some projects listed as "Unavailable"? If they are unavailable, shouldn't they be removed from the list?
Actually no. The projects that are listed as "unavailable" are just that. These projects are "unavailable" for the moment. There are several reasons for this to occur, but usually it means that the owner of the posting is in negotiation with someone, but a final decision has not been made. If a decison is made or the owner decides to withdrawn the posting, then the posting will disappear from our listing. Sometimes a posting is set to "unavailable" if the owner of the posting is unable to adequate respond to inquiries for a short period of time.

No, we do not. As long as your business needs are within the guidelines of proper conduct and business etiquette, you may post as much and as often as you like.

How long will my posting remain active?
As part of the posting process, you will select the length of time for your posting to remain active. It is your responsibility to delete the posting when it is no longer valid.

Can I post information for my associates?
Yes, you can. However, any postings that you submit will have a direct connection to you and your role in the business project must be clearly stated as part of the posting. In other words, you cannot post an opportunity in which you do not have an integral role. If you know of associates who wish to have their business needs posted, you should have them to join our Alliance and make the postings themselves using their personal membership information.

May I join your organization if I don't own a business?
Yes, it is permissible for you to be a part of our Alliance even if you do not have a business at this time.

What is the best way to use your program to build my business? One of the best ways to build your business is to use our eAlliance system to contact those types of people and companies with whom you would love to be associated. If any of these individuals or companies join our Alliance via your website, you will automatically have regular contact with them and hence can build up a strong working relationship with them.

Can you help me to market my products?
We will need to evaluate your product, of course. We will likely have some associates who will be in a position to assist you or perhaps the staff of one of our Alliance partners will be able to assist you directly. You may contact either of our companies for assistance.

Aren't all of your project decoding free to members? Why do some of these indicate that I need to have credits to purchase them?
The vast majority of our project listings are free. However, there are some that will require the use of credit units. Those postings that require credit units are usually ones that carry with them additional information beyond just the contact information. Perhaps there are additional materials that have to be downloaded or supplied in other ways for the opportunity to be fully evaluated. In such cases, the credits involved offset some of the special handling and distribution steps required for those postings.

How do I obtain credits in case I want to investigate one of these special postings?
When you log in, you will notice a special menu on the left side of our web pages. There is an option within the menu for you to purchase credits. These credits remain available for you to use at any time and will be appropriately deducted from your account as you choose to use them. Purchasing credit units in advance is an excellent way to be prepared for special postings whenever they appear.

Can I advertise to your membership?
In some cases you may. We will have to consider each potential advertiser on a case-by-case basis. Contact us and let's talk. We do have a very active membership that has proven itself to be quite responsive to the right type of products or services.

What do you mean by control positions?
Proprietary ownership means control positions. In the case of real estate, it means that you own the title deed. In the case of copyright materials, you own the copyright.
